The first moderate snowfall of the season (winter 2023-2024) occurred today. I guess moderate is subjective, some people around here might call it heavy, but it was only a few inches of wet snow. My buddy drove me to hines and we decided to walk around. I recently sold my favorite camera (the Pentax 645z) and am now relying on the Nikon D850 gifted to me last year. It was a great litmus test of the camera and my recently purchased Tamron 45mm. The camera was covered in quickly melting snow for around an hour and a half - in short, it was soaked, but it survived and operated pretty well the entire time!
